Linda Lipinski, creator
of A Legacy To Remember®, has led workshops and seminars on creating
Ethical Wills for over three years. An Ethical Will is a personal, non-legal
letter that conveys a person's values, beliefs and life experiences. The
concept dates back 3,000 years in both Hebrew and Christian history. Terrorist
events and the outbreak of war have renewed the interest in written legacy
development among people of all beliefs.
Linda
has designed her seminars and workshops to benefit all ages. Young or
mid-age parents find it a special time to document those family stories
that need to be passed on, and to share guiding principles that held them
together through troubled times. The elderly, as well as the terminally
ill, are led through a reflection on life to pass on the wisdom gained
through the years.
The seminars and
workshops include exercises to stimulate recall, as well as assistance
in development of the personal writing process.
Seminars/workshops
include A Legacy To Remember® album.
Seminars/workshops
are suitable for hospice.
Maximum groups of
15, age 55 and under. Age 55+, maximum groups of 10.
Linda is located
in Chapin, South Carolina. To schedule a workshop or to discuss bookings elsewhere, please contact:

Case history:
During a workshop led by Linda, an 84 year old woman who had suffered
abuse as a child and again in her marriage, released it all in the writing
of her life. She informed Linda that she'd finally found healing of the
horrible events of her life. This woman passed away a few months later. Linda attended the memorial service, and the family expressed heartfelt thanks
for helping their mother feel peace before she died.
